Eugene and Louise is a creative studio based in Belgium, founded by the husband and wife team Glenn D'Hondt and Sylvia Meert. Specializing in illustration, character design, and original content, they offer a wide range of creative services. Their team collaborates with a select group of freelancers for animation and motion graphic projects.

In addition to developing their own properties, which include animated series, board games, and children's books, Eugene and Louise also undertake commissioned and editorial work for publishing, advertising, and television. Notable clients include Ketnet, Ikea, Orange, Telenet, and The Washington Post. Their creative prowess is exemplified by the multi-award winning board game 'Pictureka!', licensed to Hasbro.

They have also co-created the preschool show 'Helen's Little School' and the animated series 'Inui', and were responsible for the rebranding of Belgium's national children's channel 'Ketnet'.
