EuroPlan is a consultancy led by Tomasz Zawadzki that helps farmers explore and obtain European Union funding and support available through Poland’s Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR). Its services focus on agricultural assistance programmes, including support for small farms, young farmers, farm restructuring and modernisation, and the development of short supply chains and organic farms. The website features current programme information and a short “Quick Grant Diagnosis” questionnaire, which allows farmers to check whether they may qualify for a particular form of support.

After a questionnaire is submitted, Tomasz contacts the applicant to assess their prospects and discuss an appropriate funding strategy. EuroPlan also guides clients through the application process from start to finish, helping them meet programme requirements through the final settlement. Support is available remotely and in person.

The service is designed to make the funding process clearer and more manageable, from the initial conversation through to the completion of grant-related formalities
