EURAKVILO Children’s Oncology and Children’s Hospice Public Benefit Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2011 to support children with cancer and leukemia in Hungary’s Southern Transdanubian region. It works alongside the Pediatric Oncohematology Department of the University of Pécs Children’s Clinic, one of the country’s seven pediatric oncology centers, where dozens of children begin treatment each year. The foundation aims to improve care and quality of life, make treatment easier for children and their families, and help young patients return to everyday life after treatment. It also supports children who cannot recover, with a focus on helping them live as fully as possible, preferably at home.

EURAKVILO contributes to better treatment through equipment and medical-device purchases, staff training, and mental health support. Its activities also include programs and practical assistance for affected children and families. Individuals and businesses can help through financial or in-kind donations, fundraising initiatives, volunteering, legacy gifts, and allocation of one percent of personal income tax.
