Eurochild is a leading network of organizations and individuals dedicated to promoting the well-being of children in Europe. With almost 200 members across 41 countries, our goal is to create a society where all children and young people can grow up happy, healthy, confident, and respected as individuals. We focus on bringing about positive changes in the lives of children, especially those affected by poverty and disadvantage.

To achieve our mission, we actively influence policies, build civil society capacity, facilitate mutual learning, and exchange best practices and research. We firmly believe in child participation and actively involving children in our work. Established in 2004, Eurochild was founded by a group of organizations that previously collaborated under the European branch of the International Forum for Child Welfare.

We work closely with the European Union, as safeguarding children's rights aligns with the EU's aims and values.
