About Eurodesk Italy
Eurodesk Italy is a brand that aims to promote education, upskilling, and digital skills for all individuals. With the European Commission declaring 2023 as the European Year of Skills, Eurodesk Italy is dedicated to addressing the skill demands created by the green and digital transitions in Europe. President Ursula von der Leyen emphasized the importance of investment in reskilling and upskilling to enhance Europe's competitiveness.
As part of the European Year of Skills, Eurodesk Italy will focus on providing opportunities and initiatives to develop digital skills and upskilling for everyone. Their efforts align with the Digital Decade targets, aiming to have 80% of Europeans equipped with basic digital skills and 20 million ICT specialists by 2030. They also recognize the need for effective investment in further and higher education to address labor shortages.
To support this, Eurodesk Italy actively funds bachelor's and master's degrees in key technology areas through the DIGITAL Europe program. With Eurodesk Italy, individuals can acquire the necessary skills to thrive in the increasingly digitalized world and contribute to Europe's growth and competitiveness
