About Euro Latin Studies
Euro Latin Studies is a reputable brand and the home of the Latin American Journal of European Studies. As a center dedicated to academic excellence, they focus on European Union Law and Policies, as well as International Relations between the EU and third countries, particularly Latin America. The sixth edition of the Journal features a thematic dossier on Regional Data Protection Policy and Artificial Intelligence, organized by Naiara Posenato of the Università degli Studi di Milano.
They also offer an online training course and are part of the Jean Monnet Network's BRIDGE project. In addition, Euro Latin Studies annually hosts the III Monograph Contest for Young Latin American Researchers - Jean Monnet Award, which aims to promote knowledge and rights between the European Union and Latin America. The winners receive prestigious recognition, with Gabriel Braga Guimarães winning the third edition with his monograph on Solidarity and Protection of Migrants' Rights under EU Law.
Gaia Hasse also received an Honorable Mention for her work on Ecological Law and International Agricultural Trade: The Role of the EU Green Deal in a Paradigmatic Transition. The winning monographs will be published in future editions of the Latin American Journal of European Studies.
