FOCL

The European Leadership Forum (ELF) is a coalition and movement of Evangelical Christian groups focused on strengthening leaders and churches across Europe. Its mission is to unite, equip, and resource Evangelical leaders to renew the biblical church and evangelise Europe, connecting local needs with resources from the wider Christian community.

ELF’s work spans four areas. Its annual meeting is an invitation-only, intensive week of teaching, training, encouragement, mentoring, and relationship-building. Forum Initiatives provide specialised small-group training for leaders throughout the year, while Forum Resources make biblical materials available year-round to leaders around the globe. Through the Forum Movement, participants share resources and develop national strategies in their home countries.

The annual meeting also helps leaders identify common needs, form partnerships, and find mentors who can support their work locally. ELF reports that attendees organise more than 800 events, strategies, and partnerships in their countries each year. The organisation offers free resources by email and invites people to partner with and support its work.
