Atelier de Projet is a collaborative initiative focused on the redevelopment of the Sens train station, aiming to transform it into a modern multimodal exchange hub. This project emphasizes regulatory compliance regarding accessibility and seeks to enhance urban connectivity. The initiative adopts a participatory approach, engaging various stakeholders through a three-day workshop that includes on-site meetings, interviews, and group discussions led by an architectural firm and the Council for Architecture, Urbanism, and the Environment (CAUE).

The workshop's outcome will be a comprehensive urban planning framework and a guide for the neighborhood around the train station. This framework will eventually inform the development of future urban planning documents for the area, promoting sustainable development in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Funded through European programs, the project not only enhances local infrastructure but also contributes to broader socio-economic goals, supporting both the local community and environmental sustainability. With a total eligible funding of €21,450, this initiative represents a significant investment in the future of urban mobility in Sens.
