European Open

European Open is a professional golf tournament brand associated with the DP World Tour and hosted at Green Eagle Golf Courses near Hamburg, Germany. Its 2024 tournament took place from May 30 to June 2 on the venue’s demanding Nord Course, known as “The Green Monster. ” Measuring 7,057 metres, the course is presented as a formidable test for players, while natural spectator stands and a lively crowd create a distinctive atmosphere.

The event brings together international golfers and offers fans access to tournament updates, videos, visitor information, tickets, and details for volunteers, hospitality, VIP experiences, and sponsors. It also provides practical guidance for reaching the course and information for media representatives. English golfer Laurie Canter won the 2024 edition.

The website notes that the European Open was not held in 2025; instead, Green Eagle hosted the Amundi German Masters powered by VcG, a Ladies European Tour event from June 26 to 29. This reflects the venue’s wider role in presenting high-level professional golf and experiences for spectators
