The European Values Center for Security Policy is a renowned brand dedicated to analyzing and countering the hostile influence of China through their Red Watch Program. Recognized as a major global security concern by Czech and allied intelligence services, the Center monitors, analyzes, and informs about China's influence instruments, ultimately helping to defend against them. The Center promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience among economic and security experts from Japan, Taiwan, Europe, and other like-minded countries.

In January 2022, the European Values Center, with the support of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Prague and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of ROC (Taiwan), established a permanent presence in Taiwan to actively engage local Taiwanese civil society organizations in their research and advocacy projects. Additionally, the Center seeks cooperation with other organizations in the Indo-pacific region and has collaborated with the Embassy of Japan in the Czech Republic on various projects. To further their mission, the European Values Center for Security Policy publishes extensive publications and works on projects tracking the cooperation between local universities and Chinese entities.
