The initiative promotes a Demand Pull strategy, urging businesses and investors to shift their digital supplies from predominantly US-owned infrastructures to local European providers.

Through comprehensive policy papers and frameworks, EuroStack advocates for strategic digital procurement, especially under the proposed Buy European regulation, designed to enhance European digital sovereignty. With the support of over 500 signatories from the industry, EuroStack addresses critical questions companies face about transitioning to European digital solutions. Engaging actively in discussions through various platforms, EuroStack aims to cement Europe’s position in global technological value chains while empowering industry stakeholders to collaborate and thrive in a secure digital environment
