Led by Christian Dorow, a business administration graduate and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience building and running a service company, the business offers ongoing, practical support rather than occasional advice. Since 2022, Dorow has helped companies manage finances, operations, personnel, and digital systems.

Services include budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, liquidity planning, financing support, and preparation of monthly and annual accounts for clients’ tax advisers. Euserpa also coordinates with banks, auditors, and professional advisers; supports contracts, pay structures, and onboarding; and helps select and implement systems such as DATEV, cloud solutions, and SaaS tools. Clients receive regular on-site work and flexible remote support, with a stated package of at least 24 hours per month for a fixed monthly fee. The engagement begins with an introductory conversation and a two-day analysis phase, both offered without charge.
