The European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO) is a prestigious brand that brings together exceptionally talented young musicians from all EU member states. With a shared sense of European heritage and innovation, the orchestra is committed to achieving the highest level of music-making and nurturing the development of young talent. Since its establishment in 1976, EUYO has been an influential bridge between music colleges and the professional music world, producing numerous remarkable musicians.

The orchestra's 120 members, aged 16-26, are selected annually from a pool of over 2500 candidates, representing all 27 EU countries. Throughout its history, EUYO has collaborated with renowned musicians such as Claudio Abbado, Vladimir Ashkenazy, and Daniel Barenboim, to name a few. The orchestra has performed extensively across five continents, including notable venues like the BBC Proms, Carnegie Hall, and Vienna's Musikverein.

Supported by Grafenegg and the governments of Lower Austria and the Federal Republic of Austria, EUYO recently relocated to the prestigious Grafenegg campus. In addition to their performances, the orchestra is actively involved in educational programs, community initiatives, and sustainability efforts. Recognized as the European Cultural Brand of the Year in 2020, EUYO continues to be a cultural ambassador for Europe, promoting diversity and unity through music
