Welcome to Eva Carlston Academy, where adolescent girls who have struggled deeply can find hope and healing. Our art-based residential therapy programs are designed to help girls discover their unique place in the world, find their passion, and cultivate a sense of purpose in life. Through a combination of sophisticated therapy, mentorship, the arts, and experiential learning, our students are empowered to heal and grow.

Our program takes place in three elegantly appointed houses in urban Salt Lake City, providing a safe and intimate sense of home. With only 12-16 girls per house, deep friendships develop quickly, and each girl can find her own unique voice. We are committed to helping girls discover their passion through a robust program of art therapy, accredited academics, life-skills instruction, and therapeutic recreation.

Our team consists of highly accomplished therapists and teachers who provide a safe space for girls to address sensitive issues while serving as inspiring mentors and role models.
