With a background in monitoring and evaluation, she has worked extensively with government and civil society partners, coordinating M&E activities for grants from organizations such as USAID, Global Fund, and CDC. Zahra is driven by her passion for social change and is currently pursuing her third degree in business administration to complement her scientific and analytical skills. Krystal, also a Managing Partner, brings expertise in program management and evaluation with a focus on public health and education.

With a strong passion for community-based programs, Krystal engages stakeholders and consistently assesses program efficacy and value. Her educational background in psychology enables her to understand the importance of accurate data management and the role of subjective variables in program assessment.
