EvalYemen is a national organizational network established in 2018 as a Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organization. With a license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, EvalYemen began its work in 2020. As a member of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) and a board member of EvalMENA, EvalYemen has become a Voluntary Organization for Professional Evaluation (VOPE).

EvalYemen's vision is to enhance the professional capacities of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) by spreading the evaluation culture. They aim to provide institutional support to the government sector, civil society organizations, and the private sector through effective partnerships at national, regional, and international levels. The mission of EvalYemen is to develop and promote evaluation culture and practices in areas such as humanitarian relief, sustainable development goals, youth, gender, and the environment.

They collaborate with stakeholders to achieve these goals in the public sector, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. EvalYemen aims to contribute to enhancing professional work in the field of monitoring and evaluation, support community and sustainable development management, and improve living conditions for individuals in society. They also prioritize accountability principles, building capabilities, and enabling progress and social development.
