Evans Events

Evans Events is a Central New York event rental company based in Clayville, serving the area since 2004. The business helps customers prepare for weddings, graduation parties, and gatherings of all sizes, with rentals designed to make hosting easier and provide shelter from unpredictable weather. Its inventory includes pop-up, pole, and frame tents in several sizes, along with solid tent sides.

Customers can also rent rectangular banquet tables, round tables, cocktail tables, and folding chairs in brown or white, including padded white chairs. Additional offerings include perimeter tent lighting, modular dance-floor sections, cornhole and KanJam games, wine barrels, garbage cans, and coolers. Tent rental prices include installation and removal; tables and chairs are delivered and placed under the tent, while customers handle their setup.

Evans Events says it sets up tents days in advance to allow time for decorating and emphasizes customer service, product quality, and competitive pricing. The company invites customers to call with questions or to reserve rentals for an upcoming celebration
