Evansville Fencing Academy is a welcoming fencing club in Evansville, Indiana, serving students ages 10 through adulthood. The academy teaches the sport while promoting honor, etiquette, sportsmanship, personal responsibility, and confidence. Its coaches support students from their first lessons through competitive development, tracking progress and helping fencers build strategies for success.
Regular classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The academy also offers scheduled beginner class blocks, including a six-session course described on its website. Lessons take place at 2121 W. Mill, and all fencing equipment is provided. New students can attend a first regular session free; lesson and monthly pass options are available, with a family discount on monthly passes. Participants need an active USA Fencing membership, and the academy directs newcomers to a free 90-day trial.
Owner and coach Tom Fuller has fenced since 1994 and holds USFCA Level 3 certification in epee and sabre. He is committed to providing a respectful, physically and psychologically safe learning environment.
