Eva van Luxemburg is an equine osteopathy practice based in Wijk en Aalburg, the Netherlands, focused on supporting horses’ movement, balance and overall wellbeing. Its approach views the horse’s body as an interconnected whole, seeking underlying causes of problems rather than addressing symptoms alone. Osteopathy may help horses experiencing difficulties and can also be used to support prevention and recovery.
Eva offers hands-on assessment and treatment, including care relating to the jaw joint, sacroiliac joint and craniosacral system. Sessions take place by appointment at the horse’s home or stable and typically last one to one and a half hours. Each visit begins with questions about the horse’s concerns, diet, behaviour and living conditions, followed by a thorough physical examination. Treatment uses the practitioner’s hands to address restrictions and encourage the body’s natural capacity to recover.
The practice serves a range of horses, including sport horses and ponies. Eva is currently not accepting new clients due to pregnancy, but remains available by email or telephone for questions and advice.
