EVDE

Envoys Vision Digital Exchange (EVDE) is a commodity exchange in the Kyrgyz Republic, operated by the public joint-stock company OAO “Envoys Vision Digital Exchange” in Bishkek. It organizes trading in standardized goods through double-counter auctions and standard auctions under Kyrgyz Republic Law No. 140. The exchange also lists government procurement among its trading modes and provides market sections for commodities and warehouse services.

EVDE’s infrastructure includes clearing and settlement in Kyrgyz soms on a T+1 delivery-versus-payment basis, supported by a guarantee fund. Its services include electronic warehouse receipts (e-WR), document verification, member registration, and access to trading results and exchange disclosures. The exchange also offers information on tariffs, rules, regulatory documents, and member rankings by trading volume; participant names are not disclosed in the ranking, as stated on the site.

Organizations can apply to join by submitting company information and documents, completing the exchange’s review, and selecting a trading mode. EVDE also identifies an inter-exchange network with UZEX.
