Evelyn Glennie is internationally renowned as the world’s leading solo percussionist, with over 30 years of trailblazing experience in the music industry. She is celebrated not only for her remarkable performances but also for her innovative approach to sound. A double GRAMMY winner and BAFTA nominee, Evelyn has recorded more than 40 CDs and has commissioned over 200 new works, showcasing her commitment to expanding the repertoire of solo percussion music. Her contributions extend beyond performance; she composes for film, television, and theatre, including notable projects like the score for Altamira alongside Mark Knopfler.

In addition to her musical endeavors, Evelyn is dedicated to education and empowerment.
