Event'Side

Event’Side by Orlane is an event-planning agency serving individuals and businesses, helping clients create, organise and enjoy private and corporate occasions. Its services can cover the full event journey, from initial design and planning to logistics and on-the-day coordination. The team assists with venue searches, budget management, supplier contract negotiations, schedules and guest coordination, with bespoke options tailored to each client’s needs and availability.

The agency specialises in weddings, offering planning support before the celebration and on the day, as well as wedding design. This includes developing the event’s visual atmosphere through decoration, floral design, lighting, colours and textures. Event’Side by Orlane also creates personalised secular ceremonies, advising on the venue and preparation and, if requested, officiating or guiding friends and family who speak during the ceremony.

Beyond weddings, the agency organises private celebrations and corporate events such as company parties, seminars, team-building activities, cocktail receptions, galas, inaugurations and retirement events. It also offers event-decoration rentals.
