EventGilde is a German calendar and community for people interested in medieval markets and historical events. Its website helps visitors discover markets, tournaments, Viking festivals and other medieval-themed gatherings throughout Germany. Users can search by date, location or distance, explore events on a map, and browse listings by federal state. Event information includes dates, prices and location details, helping visitors plan outings and routes. EventGilde also highlights upcoming dates, provides advance notice of new listings, and marks changes or cancellations so visitors can check plans before setting out.

Beyond event listings, the Gilden-Magazin features market reports, travel tips, background stories and contributions from people involved in the medieval scene. The site invites readers to submit articles, event corrections and photographs, and provides a community wall for sharing moments from markets, camps, castles and historic streets. Visitors can sign up for the newsletter and, as community features become available, save favourite markets and connect with others to plan visits.
