Eventhamster.com

EVENTHAMSTER is an event-planning service that helps private customers and businesses find suitable suppliers through a convenient online configurator. Customers describe their event and requirements, then receive and compare tailored, non-binding offers from available partners. The platform focuses on making planning more straightforward, detailed and cost-free for customers.

Its services cover catering, buffets and food trucks, supported by a network of around 350 caterers and 150 food-truck partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Customers can also request event locations, equipment, technical services and other suppliers, including invitations, table linens, floral arrangements, lighting, artists, musicians, limousines, fireworks, and service and security staff. The offering is intended for weddings and family celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, concerts, trade fairs and galas. EVENTHAMSTER also supports event managers, wedding planners and businesses seeking providers or venues for their events. Its process is simple: submit event details, review suitable offers and choose the partners who will help deliver the occasion.
