Event Star is a South African event ticketing and management platform built in Johannesburg for organisers who want to manage the full guest journey in one place. From conferences and festivals to community gatherings, corporate events and trade shows, it brings event setup, registration, ticket sales and on-site operations together.

Organisers can create ticket tiers, promo codes, group bookings, custom forms and waitlists, then publish branded event pages with agendas, speakers and venue information. At the door, teams can scan QR tickets, use self-service check-in kiosks, register walk-ins and print name badges. Guests can also save tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, while exhibitors can scan badges to collect leads.

Event Star supports payments through PayFast, Paystack, Peach Payments, Paygate and Stripe, with automatic VAT invoices and live sales and attendance analytics. Additional tools include ticket and email design, attendance and CPD certificates, and public speaker pages. The platform offers self-service workspaces, multi-client options for agencies, and enterprise features such as single sign-on and custom domains.
