EverForward

EverForward is a Florida nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children affected by abuse, neglect, trauma, and instability heal, grow, and build brighter futures. Based in St. Petersburg, the organization has served children and families for more than 45 years, supporting around 150 children each year. Its work is grounded in the belief that a child’s past should not determine what comes next.

EverForward offers residential care, mental health services, and therapeutic supervised visits. Its individualized, trauma-informed approach begins by assessing each child’s needs, then builds support through therapy, enriched environments, life skills development, educational assistance, community-based services, and trusted partnerships. The organization aims to provide continuity of care that helps children and families develop resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting well-being.

Community members can contribute through donations, volunteering, partnerships, and awareness-raising. Support helps create caring environments and provide mentoring, creative programs, career exposure, and other opportunities for children. EverForward also shares information about its programs and events and invites supporters to join its efforts to improve outcomes for children across the community.
