For students seeking a more independent academic experience, we provide the opportunity to pursue special projects through Independent Learning Contracts (ILCs).

These contracts are supported and assessed by faculty supervisors and cover a wide range of activities, from writing books to conducting original scientific research. Evergreen also has a Tacoma campus, located in the historically Black-owned Hilltop neighborhood. Our Tacoma campus fosters a tight-knit learning community and is dedicated to empowering students through education.

We are proud to offer Native Pathways Program, promoting lifelong Indigenous scholarship at various locations across western Washington. For those looking to pursue graduate studies, Evergreen offers three master's degrees: Master of Environmental Studies, Master of Public Administration, and Master in Teaching.
