Everybody Dies

Introversion Software is a UK independent game developer and publisher founded in 2001 by three university students. Known for distinctive ideas and inventive gameplay, the studio has created acclaimed titles including Uplink, DEFCON, Darwinia, Multiwinia, Scanner Sombre and Prison Architect. Its current project, The Last Starship, is a space-building and management game in which players outfit a ship, explore procedurally generated missions, mine asteroids, rescue civilians and confront pirates. The game is available through Steam, Humble Store and GOG, with regular early-access updates informed by player feedback.

Introversion’s catalogue spans strategy, simulation, action and multiplayer games for platforms including PC, Mac and Linux, with selected titles also available on consoles and tablets. Prison Architect challenges players to build and manage a maximum-security prison, while Uplink centres on missions carried out by a computer-hacking agent. DEFCON explores strategic nuclear warfare, and Darwinia and Multiwinia blend action with tactical gameplay. Scanner Sombre offers an atmospheric exploration experience built around a LIDAR scanner.
