EVIDENT

EVIDENT is a private markets investment platform designed to provide investors with direct exposure to selected assets and access to active liquidity. It sources opportunities through long-standing manager relationships and applies institutional due diligence and structuring before presenting them to investors. Its offerings span private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and specialty assets, including mature and pre-IPO companies, secondaries, asset-backed investments, corporate lending, fine art, collectibles, and select crypto-native assets. EVIDENT says it invests its own principal capital alongside partners in every deal.

The platform supports the full transaction lifecycle: origination and structuring, fund administration and investor services, primary distribution, and secondary trading. Its digital OTC market enables investors to discover counterparties and transact, with EVIDENT providing standing liquidity where independent demand is limited. The company uses AI-enabled automation and blockchain-based records as part of its market infrastructure. It operates under Hong Kong regulatory supervision, including as an SFC-licensed broker-dealer, and states that its information security management is audited to ISO 27001:2022.
