Evita coaching

Eva Coaching is a specialist coaching practice supporting women and healthcare professionals through challenging experiences. Its approach is personal and compassionate, recognising that every person and story is unique. The practice offers preconception guidance for those who want to prepare for pregnancy in a healthy way, including people managing medication, chronic illness or anxiety about becoming pregnant.

For pregnancy and after birth, Eva Coaching helps clients discuss difficult birth experiences, rebuild confidence and address stress, fear or trauma. Support is also available following miscarriage, pregnancy termination or the loss of a baby, as well as for healthcare workers and students coping with distressing events, workplace pressures or demanding cases. Coaching usually involves three to five sessions, shaped around each client’s needs.

When appropriate, the practitioner may use EMDR, a recognised method for processing traumatic memories, or the EVA method, an emotional visualisation and affirmation approach. Eva Coaching also provides information about rates and possible reimbursements, and invites prospective clients to get in touch to discuss their situation.
