Evolution BJJ

Studio Evolution BJJ is a jiu-jitsu academy located in Jardim São Paulo, Sorocaba, offering classes for adults, children and women. Its programs welcome beginners and experienced students, with an emphasis on quality of life, personal confidence and a supportive training environment rather than pressure to compete. Adult sessions focus on movement, fitness and practical self-defense, while the women’s program provides a space to build strength, confidence and self-protection skills. Kids classes serve children aged 4 to 12 and use jiu-jitsu to encourage focus, discipline and respect.

The academy’s teaching approach progresses from fundamentals, including breathing, mindful movement and everyday self-defense, to ongoing learning and development. Students can track attendance and progress through an app. Adult classes run Monday to Friday at 8 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.; children’s classes are at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Women train alongside adult classes. Studio Evolution BJJ offers a free introductory lesson, with a borrowed kimono and individual attention for newcomers. Its tatami is at Av.
