Evolution Covers

Evolution Covers is a privately owned and operated U.S. business specializing in custom tournament boat covers. Its handcrafted covers are designed around each boat’s specifications and fit closely to the rub rail, aiming to provide a secure, tailored fit without puddle poles, snap-drilling, or hull-damaging trailer straps. The range includes covers for tournament wakeboard and waterski boats, as well as protective swim-step platform covers. Evolution Covers also offers extensive customization, with modifications shaped around customers’ practical needs and personal preferences.

The company uses solution-dyed acrylic marine fabric that is described as mildew-, water-, and stain-resistant, breathable, and capable of offering 50+ UPF protection. Customers can choose from materials in assorted colors, textures, and performance properties. The covers are fully trailer-able and adjustable to help maintain performance over time. Evolution Covers highlights craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail, and provides manufacturer warranty coverage, including a limited warranty and a product lifetime warranty on stitching; terms and conditions apply. The company serves customers by email and phone during weekday business hours.
