EvolutionMartialArts

Evolution Martial Arts is a not-for-profit kickboxing and fitness club based at The Old Goods Yard on Spalding Road in Boston, Lincolnshire. The club welcomes participants of all abilities and offers classes for children aged five and above, teenagers, and adults. Its programme includes age-group kickboxing sessions, with separate classes for children aged five to ten, cadets aged eleven to fifteen, and adults and juniors aged fifteen and above, subject to coach discretion where noted.

Students seeking additional challenge can attend sparring sessions, which are intended for more advanced participants and require the coach’s approval and full protective equipment. Competition training is also available, including point fighting and LC and kick light classes; attendance may depend on age and ability. For those focused on general fitness, the club runs circuit training for participants aged fifteen and above, or younger people at the coach’s discretion. The sessions are designed for a range of fitness goals and experience levels. All classes must be booked in advance.
