Evolve Yoga Retreats

Evolve Retreats is a yoga and wellness brand founded by Mikaela, who has been guiding retreat experiences since 2019. Rooted in the philosophy of “living your yoga,” the brand creates welcoming spaces for genuine connection, personal growth, self-exploration, and renewed purpose. Its retreats combine yoga practices built around daily themes with workshops, meditation, reflection, group circles, ceremonies, and local adventures.

Experiences are offered in destinations including Costa Rica, Mexico, Portugal, and British Columbia, with formats ranging from five- to six-day retreats to specialized golf and wellness getaways. The golf retreat brings yoga and mindfulness together with golf, focus, and sport psychology. Evolve Retreats also offers online classes, podcast interviews, and opportunities to speak with Mikaela about choosing a retreat.

Its programming is designed to support guests seeking clarity, healing, inspiration, adventure, or simply space to reconnect with themselves and others. Evolve emphasizes an approachable, heart-centered community, with practices and experiences intended to encourage growth and joy beyond the retreat itself
