Academy of Women's Entrepreneurship (Akademija ženskog preduzetništva) is a non-governmental organization that has been operating in the field of women's entrepreneurship development in Serbia since 2006, primarily in the region of Vojvodina. In 2009, the Academy became one of the co-founders of the Business-Innovation Center (business incubator) in Bački Petrovac. It is the only women's non-governmental organization in Serbia that participates in the management of an institution that supports startups and businesses in their development. The Academy's priority is to improve the economic position of women in cities and municipalities across Serbia.

The Academy offers educational programs to women with the aim of developing their business ideas, becoming successful entrepreneurs, and gaining skills and experience in collaboration with successful entrepreneurs. They also organize informative seminars to familiarize participants with funding opportunities for their business ideas. Additionally, the Academy engages in research activities in various areas such as startup development, business incubation, gender budgeting, lifelong learning for women, and development assistance in gender equality.

Since its establishment, the Academy has implemented numerous projects at the national and international level, qualifying over 1,700 women across Serbia and collaborating with more than 20 municipalities and cities. They have also contributed to the adoption of gender equality policies in several municipalities and opened budget items to encourage the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of women.
