EWSS

East Way Staffing Solutions (EWSS) is a Łódź-based team of specialists helping foreign nationals and Polish employers navigate residence and employment procedures in Poland. The company supports businesses recruiting workers from abroad and assists individuals with the legalisation of their stay and work. Its services cover residence permits and residence cards, including temporary, permanent and EU long-term resident cards, as well as work permits and applications for Polish citizenship. EWSS also provides help with related matters such as inviting family members, changing employers, combining work and study, translating documents and setting up a business in Poland.

Clients can choose a consultation, during which an EWSS adviser reviews their documents and circumstances, answers questions and recommends a course of action, or entrust the company with managing the case. For managed cases, EWSS prepares documents, explains required formalities, tracks deadlines and represents clients at offices. The team also monitors permit expiry dates to help clients plan renewal applications.
