EXACTE is a Norway-based provider of web- and cloud-based software designed to improve maintenance and emissions management for offshore drilling operations. Its software suite helps organizations track the energy produced and consumed by connected equipment in relation to rig activities and operational data. By consolidating and analyzing this information, EXACTE provides insights intended to support asset performance, reliability, efficiency, and profitability.

The suite includes two applications. PREDANA monitors the health and condition of connected machines, using data-driven predictions and operational forecasts to help teams anticipate maintenance needs. It also supports a digital maintenance workflow, from planning through completion, and gives users a shared view of equipment status. GreenDRILL creates energy, emissions, and cost profiles for connected consumers, helping organizations understand rig emissions, identify opportunities to reduce their carbon footprint, and monitor progress toward emissions targets. The application can also forecast drilling emissions based on wells, operational plans, and equipment use.
