With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we focus on identifying suitable investment opportunities, acquiring and developing projects, securing financing, and selling to end clients or retaining ownership for long-term leasing and management.

In the residential sector, we primarily operate in Prague, ensuring that our properties are not only pleasant but also functional for our clients. We prioritize storage spaces and convenient access to public transportation.

Currently, our focus in the commercial sector is on building shopping centers and retail parks throughout the Czech Republic. These centers are offered for lease to existing and new business partners. We work closely with EXAFIN Invest, a.s. and PORTIN Invest, s.r.o. to manage and prepare all our retail projects.

Additionally, we are constantly seeking new locations for residential and family home construction. Whether it's greenfield sites or infill development, we are interested in purchasing land for future projects.
