About ExciteEnergy
Excite Energy is a reputable brand that has been providing reliable energy solutions since its establishment in 2014. Originally known as SolarNorcal, the company was founded by Heath Kirin, an experienced professional with a degree in electrical engineering. Inspired by his own high energy bills, Heath delved into the world of solar energy and decided to offer sustainable solutions for homes and businesses.
As SolarNorcal gained popularity, the company expanded its services and client base. In 2016, SolarNorcal transitioned into SolarNorcal, LLC and ventured into commercial solar projects, securing contracts with notable establishments such as a local country club and a large medical facility. Notably, SolarNorcal became an authorized installer for renowned brands, SolarWorld and Panasonic, further establishing its credibility.
To meet the increasing demands and complexity of projects, SolarNorcal welcomed James Vince Bowles, an army veteran and professional engineer, to the team. This strategic partnership strengthened the brand's expertise and capabilities. Recently rebranded as Excite Energy in 2020, the brand has diversified its offerings.
As an authorized dealer and certified installer for Generac's home standby generator business, Excite Energy now provides reliable backup power solutions. Additionally, the brand offers electrical contracting services, including transfer switches and battery backup systems. Excite Energy continues to expand its range of services, becoming certified installers for renowned battery systems such as Panasonic's EverVolt and LG Chem's battery systems.
The company also offers engineering services, including power studies and arc flash studies, as well as designs, plans, and permits for other contractors. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable energy solutions, Excite Energy is committed to powering the community and providing top-notch energy services.
