Expanse is a Minnesota adult mental health clinic offering person-centered care for people navigating emotional distress, trauma, and addictions. Its approach recognizes that recovery can take many forms, including harm and risk reduction, and aims to address the underlying causes of stress and suffering with compassion and integrity.

The clinic brings together psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychological assessment, and specialized healing services. Psychotherapy includes individual, couples, and family sessions, available in person or through telehealth, with clinicians experienced in trauma, attachment, and somatic processing. Psychiatry services include comprehensive evaluation and medication management for mental health and substance use concerns. Psychological testing assesses areas such as ADHD, mood disorders, and cognitive functioning, with written reports and practical recommendations.

Expanse also offers Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy, which may be provided with or without medicine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and a 12-week ketamine-assisted mindfulness program. An intake team helps clients find suitable services and clinicians. In-person care is available in Eagan, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, and St. Paul, with telehealth offered statewide.
