Elemental

Elemental is a mindfulness and nature-based practice organization focused on restoring people’s relationship with the living world. Its work is grounded in the belief that ecological belonging—the recognition that humans are part of an interconnected world—can support personal and planetary healing. Through education, community, practice, and immersive experiences, Elemental helps individuals and groups reconnect with their bodies, one another, and nature.

Its offerings include Field Labos combining mindfulness, forest therapy, gentle movement, and reflective Wisdom Circles, as well as meditation and community nights, deep-rest practices, seasonal programs, and book studies for clinicians and young adults. Elemental also creates custom programming for families, friends, clients, patients, employees, and organizations. Programs are shaped around participants’ needs and facilitated by practitioners with experience in areas such as forest therapy, meditation, yoga, and contemplative practice.

The organization also offers events, educational initiatives, and resources connected to co-founder Julieann Brams’s book, The Nature Embedded Mind. Elemental’s community-centered approach invites people to cultivate connection, insight, and a deeper sense of belonging.
