The organizing committee consists of representatives from both the Japanese and Irish-Japanese communities in Ireland. Their flagship event, the Festival Day, takes place at Farmleigh House and is supported by the Office of Public Works and the EU Japan Fest. Experience Japan also collaborates with various partners to bring together a diverse range of activities including Taiko performances, cultural workshops, and traditional Japanese cuisine.
