Operated entirely by volunteers, the Western Australia Explorers’ Diaries Project strives to compile and publish every exploration diary and report since the region's first settlement. With a commitment to preserving the narratives of explorers, Explorations WA serves as a crucial resource for historians, researchers, and the general public interested in Western Australia's heritage.

The organization is formally recognized under the Associations Incorporations Act of Western Australia and holds Deductible Gift Recipient status. By fostering a deeper understanding of the state's exploration history, Explorations WA not only honors the past but also inspires future generations to appreciate the significance of these historical journeys.
