Exploreaps

Explore APS is an Italian association dedicated to health promotion, encouraging people to explore connections with themselves, others and the environment and turn that understanding into action. Its work brings together health, social equity, education, communication, culture and environmental wellbeing, presenting health as a broad issue shaped by everyday life and community conditions.

Through its website, Explore APS shares information, documents, publications, slides and webinar content on topics including healthy lifestyles, physical activity, nutrition, prevention, mental wellbeing, family relationships and sexual health. It also addresses climate, urban and workplace environments, territorial protection, disability, gender differences, migration, poverty and inequalities, and the Italian National Health Service. Communication and health literacy are further areas of focus, including mass media, social networks, digitalisation, big data and artificial intelligence.

The association organises and participates in meetings, presentations, educational initiatives and cultural activities. Its projects connect health with the arts, literature, reading and writing, as well as with nature and movement.
