About Explore
Explorer is a recruitment marketing analytics platform that helps organisations understand which channels and activities contribute to quality candidates, interviews and hires. It brings website and applicant tracking system (ATS) data together to show the candidate journey from initial click to hire, helping teams make decisions based on outcomes rather than clicks alone.
The platform offers a complete recruitment funnel, custom dashboards for marketing, recruitment, vacancies and careers websites, and filters by job, location or time period. Users can tailor the columns they see, including candidate source, vacancy title and application status. Explorer integrates with a range of ATS platforms, including Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Jobylon, SAP SuccessFactors, Tellent, Ubeeo, SmartRecruiters and Carerix.
Data can be exported in formats such as Excel, CSV and PDF, or connected to tools including Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI and BigQuery. Explorer is built in the Netherlands, hosted on European servers and designed with privacy in mind. Roadtrip manages implementation and updates, with no website or ATS changes required.
