Explore Social is a Sydney-based disability support service focused on building connection rather than providing conventional disability care. The organisation brings people with different disabilities together to make friends, enjoy shared experiences and develop confidence, skills and independence. Its activities are designed around three core values: engaging, personalised and supportive. Clients’ interests and personalities help shape the program, while staff aim to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where everyone can take part and work towards their goals.

Services include one-to-one support, group activities and travel adventures. Experiences may include cooking, holidays, concerts and other hands-on outings planned to encourage participation and build practical confidence. Explore Social says its team has a combined ten years of industry experience and selects staff to help clients feel comfortable and supported. The service can be accessed through NDIS funding.
