Explosense

Explosense helps industrial equipment providers monitor the machines they have sold across customer sites worldwide. Its solution gives companies a real-time view of their installed equipment through a single dashboard, making it easier to identify issues and support clients before problems lead to downtime. By shifting customer service from reactive to proactive, Explosense aims to help equipment providers strengthen customer relationships and become trusted partners.

The platform also helps identify machines that are aging or performing below expectations, creating opportunities for service and upgrade recommendations informed by equipment data. Explosense is developing projects with industrial partners, including PRODITEC, which designs automatic vision inspection machines for the minting and pharmaceutical industries, and AIO, which focuses on industrial decarbonization. The company’s board includes leaders with experience in lean management, industrial technology, and equipment manufacturing. Based in Pessac, France, Explosense invites interested users to join its waitlist.
