Extempore

Its name means “from the time,” reflecting the journal’s interest in how the past continues to shape present-day thought and action. The publication presents current, engaging content with a scientific focus, drawing on contributors from across history and archaeology. It also aims to give researchers and others whose work may have received little public attention an opportunity to share their findings with a broad, German-speaking readership.
