Extended Family

Extended Family provides adult day services and adult homes family care in New Whiteland, Indianapolis, and surrounding areas. Its services are designed to support adults’ independence, comfort, and connection while offering families compassionate care options. The Adult Day Services Center provides companionship and an engaging setting focused on participants’ physical abilities, cognitive well-being, and social experiences. The organization says its staff bring more than 50 years of combined experience and work alongside caregivers and the community to support participants.

For adults aged 18 and older who cannot live independently or have conditions such as dementia, traumatic brain injury, or muscular dystrophy, Extended Family offers care in a shared home setting. Each home accommodates three to four residents, with private rooms and caregiver support for individual needs. Families can choose adult day services, residential care, or both, and may schedule a tour to learn more. The Adult Day Center is located at 210 Tracy Road in New Whiteland and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
