About Externalys
Externalys is a national professional organization known as the Chambre Syndicale Nationale des centres d'appels et de la relation client en Tunisie (CSN CAREC). As part of the UTICA, the main national employers' union, Externalys brings together various actors in the Tunisian Call Center industry. Their aim is to promote the expertise and professions of their members, both locally and internationally, in order to showcase their strengths, establish a presence in the export market, and generate employment opportunities.
With 200 active centers and 25,000 employees across 20,000 positions, Externalys plays a crucial role in informing, uniting, promoting, and supporting its members. The organization is committed to adhering to a Code of Good Practices and provides a Guide to Sanitary Measures for call centers in light of the current COVID-19 situation. Moreover, Externalys is known for its annual Service Client de l'Année award and welcomes platinum-level sponsors to support its endeavors.
